Acceptance of these terms

By browsing this website or sending us an enquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using this site

This website is provided to share information about our sheet metal and ductwork services in Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM), Nova Scotia and to let you request a quote. Please use it lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt or misuse it.

Quotes and work

  • Information on this site is general and may change without notice.
  • Any price we give before seeing the job is an estimate, not a fixed quote.
  • A binding quote follows a site assessment and is confirmed in writing.
  • Work is carried out under a separate agreement between you and TrueFlow.

Scope of work

TrueFlow performs the air side in-house: ductwork, ventilation, HRV/ERV air-side work and custom sheet metal fabrication.

Refrigerant work is done by licensed partners. Air-conditioning, heat-pump and other refrigerant work are compulsory certified trades in Nova Scotia. We coordinate that work through licensed partners — we do not perform refrigerant installation ourselves.

Content and photos

The text, images and job photos on this site belong to TrueFlow unless noted otherwise. Please do not reuse them without permission. Photos you send us may be used to assess and quote your job.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is." We work to keep the information accurate but make no guarantees that it is complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, TrueFlow is not liable for losses arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website. This does not limit our responsibilities for work we actually carry out under a service agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the applicable laws of Canada.
